  • Everything we sell is new and sealed, with the maker's India warranty and a GST invoice.
  • Prices include GST. You pay online through Razorpay, by bank transfer for very large orders, or to our agent at the door.
  • A trade-in estimate is a starting point. Our agent confirms the value at your door, and saying no costs nothing.

1. Who we are

SwapMyTech is run by SWAP MY TECH E-SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, 2057, Jalahalli, HMT Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - 560013 (CIN U38120KA2026PTC220544, GSTIN 29ABTCS6963R1ZS). To buy or trade in with us you must be 18 or over, able to enter a contract, and, for a trade-in, the rightful owner of the device.

2. Buying a product

Every product is new and sealed and comes with the manufacturer's India warranty and a GST invoice. Prices shown include GST, and the total you pay is shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Trading in your old device

The online estimate is not an offer. Our agent checks your device at your door in Bengaluru, confirms its value and explains any change from the estimate. You can decline at no cost. Our agents carry company ID; please check it.

By trading in, you confirm the device is yours, not stolen or blacklisted, that you have told us about known faults, and that you have removed your accounts and locks (Find My, Google account, any device management) and wiped your data. We are not responsible for data left on the device. If the device is not as described, we may change the value or cancel the trade-in.

Once you hand the device over and accept its value, it belongs to us and cannot be returned. The value comes off your new product, or you can take it as Swap Credits with 5% more. Cash is only by arrangement with us.

4. Payment

You pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, card EMI), or to our agent at the door, who records the payment. Orders above ₹5,00,000 are paid by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) to the company account shown on your own order page and order email. We never ask for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Card EMI is a plan from your bank, not from us. Its tenure, interest and charges are the bank's and are shown before you pay.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's India warranty. A product that arrives faulty is covered by our Refund & Return Policy; after that, we help you claim the warranty.

7. Swap Credits

One Swap Credit is worth ₹1 off a SwapMyTech order. You get 5% more when you take a trade-in as credits instead of a discount. Credits expire 18 months after they are added, cannot be transferred, and are store credit, not cash. See Swap Credits.

8. Using the site

Please don't use bots or scrapers on our forms, give false details about a device, or open more than one account. Your order tracking link shows your order to anyone who has it, so don't share it.

9. Our liability

Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the value of that order. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and tell you by email or a notice on the site.
