This page is engineering-authored scaffolding written to satisfy Razorpay’s merchant policy requirements. It will be reviewed by an India-qualified lawyer for DPDP Act 2023, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and IT Act compliance before public launch. The launch gate blocks if any policy is unreviewed.
1. Service area
Bengaluru only at launch. We triage feasibility per address — some addresses may be declined for routing reasons.
2. Two-part logistics
(a) A field agent visits to verify and collect the Old Device; (b) we deliver the New Product. Collection typically happens at or around delivery, but may be scheduled separately.
3. Timelines
Target fulfilment after payment is 48 hours — a goal, not a guarantee. Delays (stock, address access) are communicated by email.
4. Old Device handover
Handover is recorded with photos and the condition form. Title transfers on accepted handover. You must have wiped and unlocked the device before handover.
5. Transport risk — explicit
The New Product is at SwapMyTech’s risk in transit until you accept delivery. The Old Device is at your risk until accepted handover, then at our risk.
6. Delivery inspection
Inspect the New Product on delivery. Dead-on-arrival or defects are handled per Refund Policy.
7. Failed delivery
We reschedule on first miss. Repeated failure may end in order cancellation and refund of any paid difference per the Refund Policy.
8. Proof of delivery & collection
Both legs are logged in your order’s audit trail.
9. Shipping charges
None at launch — the cost is absorbed in the swap model.
