• Bengaluru: delivered in 24–48 hours.
• Rest of India: 3–7 working days.
• Trade-in orders: no delivery charge; doorstep checks in Bengaluru only.
• Delivery fee: shown at checkout before you pay.

1. Where and how fast

New products ship across India: Bengaluru in 24–48 hours after payment, everywhere else in 3–7 working days. These are targets, not guarantees; if your order is delayed we tell you by email. Trade-ins, with the doorstep check, are available in Bengaluruonly for now. We check each address, and a few may be declined if we can't reach them.

2. Delivery charges

Trade-in orders have no delivery charge. For orders bought outright, one fee applies per order, set by its largest item:

• Bengaluru: ₹99 small, ₹199 medium, ₹999 large (such as TVs and appliances).
• Rest of India: ₹199 small, ₹399 medium, ₹1,999 large.

3. Trade-in collection

Our agent checks and collects your old device at your door, usually when your new product is delivered. Please wipe it and sign out of your accounts first. Your old device is your responsibility until you hand it over; after that it is ours.

4. On delivery

Your new product is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. Please check it when it arrives; if it is damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours under the Refund & Return Policy.

5. Missed deliveries and contact
