The formula
Price difference = New Product price − Verified Value of Old Device. Order placement, the rough quote, and the field visit are free. The only thing you pay is the difference.

Why ranges, not promises.
The instant quote on the site is a rough range — about ±10% of what the agent will confirm. We use a rough range because the on-device check (cracks, function, battery health, accessories) is what actually moves the value. The verified value, set on-site by a field agent, is the authoritative one.

No inspection fee, no visit fee, no listing fee, no platform fee at launch. New Product prices shown on /shop are the prices used in the difference calculation.
