Yes. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. A faulty product reported within 48 hours is replaced or refunded. You can also cancel within 24 hours of paying, before we order or send the product. Refunds go back to the way you paid in 5–7 business days.

Razorpay is RBI-regulated and handles all card/UPI processing. We never see or store your payment credentials. The payment link signature is cryptographically verified before we mark your order as paid.

Yes, with EMI on credit cards through Razorpay. At checkout choose EMI and a tenure of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months; cards from HDFC, ICICI, Axis, SBI Card, Kotak, IndusInd, Yes Bank, Standard Chartered, Bank of Baroda, OneCard and other issuers are accepted. Interest is set by your bank (about 12–17% a year; some cards offer no-cost EMI on selected plans) and the exact monthly amount is shown before you confirm.
